The fact that I’m still here along with others that have been with our company for decades solidifies in my mind that I made the right career decision. I truly doubt that there are many companies that afford young people the same career opportunities that Hajoca does. Anyone that joins the team and proves themselves to be a producer will find plenty of opportunity for advancement.
